We dose daily, nutrients and bacteria. Dosing point could
be a pipeline, the inlet, a pumping station sump, etc. We
supply a metering pump that dose the required quantity (ml
due to the high concentration of the products) 1-8 times per
day.

Activated sludge plants
1. Reduction in smell.
2. Reduction in Sludge between 17% and 35%
3. Can assist in maintaining standards where plant is overloaded
by up to 20%
4. Minimises shock loading, usually returns within 24 hours.
5. Maintains stability in BOD and S.S. Supports nitrifying
bacteria.
6. Where NH4 is excessive, specialist Bio cultures can be
supplied to minimise.
7. Reduces fats, oils, etc. minimising any risk of filter
and pipeline blockages.
8. Has a flocculating effect that can dispense with chemicals
flocculants in some cases.
9. In Percolating Filter Plants, cleans up filter beds and
stops "Ponding". A side effect of a clean filter
bed is that fly/insect larvae have very little media to breed
on.
